Just got back from the islamic tour, of Jordan , Jerusalem and Egypt. I must say that it was well organised, despite the many issues that had to be faced, including strict border crossing from Jordan to Israel, and the fact that we needed a convoy to cover parts of the Sinai, where foreigners were only allowed at particular times and had to be accompanied by a convoy. Aalam travel also had a fantastic set of guides who took the trouble to relate in detail all historical aspects of a particular site. I would say that the guides were exceptional. Only minus would be that we missed one or two sites listed on the itinery. The hotels we stayed at were good, the one we stayed at in Jerusalem was comfortable, not luxurious, but more than made up by being one of the closest to access the old city from, so this was a huge plus for us. The food was fantastic. And I have the kilo’s to prove it! All in all, aalam travels did a fantastic job and I would highly reccomend this particular tour! Thank you Aalam travels. Job well done!
The tour of Spain, Portugal and Morocco that a friend and I took through Aalam Tours & Travels was well organised. However, since we were incorporated into another group in Spain, it was a bit difficult for us to understand what some of the tour leaders were saying as some, not all of them, were not very fluent in English. Also, there were some small things where the hotels were concerned but these were not too bad. Some of the tours could have been better organised and in some cases, we had to spend a few days till the next group got together so it was bit of a waste of time. Also, when we had to get the ferry to Morocco, we had to pull all our luggage on our own without any porters, and since the ground and the gangway to the ferry was very uneven, it was very hard for us to pull our luggage up. Another thing was that for some of the excursions, they tour leaders used to get us up early in the mornings unnecessarily because they were trying to accommodate one or two of the group to see or do something and all had to be taken to and fro. Then also, at times, they dropped us off at the main road and we had to pull our luggage all the way up the lane to the hotel. this was just after we had to pull our luggage to the bus from the ferry back in Spain. But Aalem tours did a relatively good job.
My parents traveled with them for Umrah, and we joined them from Dubai, Alhumdulillah they took care of us splendidly, Mashallah, there was several times that they went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied,
Jazakallah Khair for all their efforts, May Allah give them barakha, and reward their efforts.
I would strongly recommend them!

My friends and I had taken a tour of 4 different countries. Jordan, Israel, Egypt and Saudi Arabia. We didn’t want to expect much in regards to service, food and accommodation, but I must say that we were quite surprised with the quality of all 3 options. The tour guides were fantastic and were experienced and knowledgable. The places we went to were very impressive. I will definetely go with Aalam Tours again and would also reccomend to my family and friends.
17 of us did a tailor made ten-day trip to Europe as per our requirements. The countries/cities covered were – Zurich, Titlis, Lucerne (Switzerland), Vienna, Salsburg (Austria), Milan, Florence, Venice, St Marco, Rome, Pisa (Italy) Vatican, Paris (France), Munich (Germany) Budapest (Hungary). It was a hectic trip but we got value for money as we managed to see all the places we wanted…. The hotels provided were good on B/B. Can be recommended at a more leisure pace or with additional days.
Made a trip to Europe with Aalam. Everything was well Organized including all transfers. The Guys Aalam called us daily to check up if everything was ok. That was something unexpected. WE RECOMEND!
